I know it has been forever since I have updated and updates I do have! Biba has been working very hard in Africa taking care of ALL OUR girls and kids! We have 5 moms, 6 kids and 2 pregnant girls. It is amazing how much everyone has changed. Please take a moment to scroll down and view the pictures from December. There was on little girl who only weighed 4 pounds and was very sick! I will post her before and NOW pictures AMAZING!
Biba spends many hours with the girls and loves them ALL. We have 2 full time staff members to help with the girls, babies and also to teach them to weaved. We have also hired an English teacher to teach all the school sponsorship children and our girls at FOG English. Biba loves all the girls so much and says if she is gone for a couple hours or is late coming in the morning they call her to find out where she is.
Biba is currently working on getting all the children birth certificates which means she has to go find the dads and get a ton of paperwork done. Eliza the little 4yo boy is now in school. The girls have bikes and are allowed out for short periods of time and they also go to church each week. Biba says they EAT a TON! We are also working on getting an inexpensive car as Biba is having to hire someone to run her and the girls around.
We do have a new little boy who is very sick and needs your prayers. He is currently in the clinic on an IV, he has Malaria!
We continue to be blessed by wonderful sponsors for our Burkina project. Biba is still working with the government on the land for the livestock and farm. She hopes it will be finalized in the next couple of months. Things in Africa just move way slower than here! Biba is also going to be escorting a little 9yo girl to the US that is coming on a medical visa in the next month!
